Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2024 Customer Referral Promotion.  

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all eligible Axia customers (the “Participant”) who (i) receive an invitation to participate in the 2024 Customer Referral Promotion from Axia Solar Corp. or an authorized Sales or Channel partner of Axia, (ii) submit a potential customer’s First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Email (the “Required Information”) directly to Axia, and (iii) can be verified by the new Axia customer as the person who referred them to Axia, in Axia’s sole determination. 

To be eligible to receive the Referral Reward, the Referral must be signed and tagged during the promotional period and the individual(s) that the Participant referred (the “Referee”) must sign an Axia agreement between January 1, 2024 and March 31, 2024 and receive Axia Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by April 30, 2024.  

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Axia in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. 

Axia will not accept email messages forwarded to third parties and such recipients are not eligible for a Referral Reward. By referring a potential customer to Axia, the Participant agrees to the terms of the within 2023 Summer Customer Referral Promotion and to the General Terms and Conditions for Axia Customer Referral Promotions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Axia and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. 

The 2023 Summer Customer Referral Promotion may not be combined with any other referral promotions issued by Axia.  Axia customers who have purchased an Axia Solar System through a wholesale retailer may be excluded from participation.  Participation is also excluded for Axia employees or family members or those residing in the same household as Axia employees.  Participants cannot reside in the same household as the Referee.  Additionally, participants (“Referrers”) may be limited to 10 referrals submitted under this promotion unless otherwise approved by an Axia Senior Director or above.  Maximum of one Referrer will be paid on each new Axia customer, and if more than one Referrer is entered into the system the determination of which Referrer will earn the Referral Reward will be based on the Referee’s verification and/or Axia discretion.  Participant must be an individual, and not a business entity or trust. 

Axia reserves the right to modify, limit or restrict participation in the Referral Program to any person at any time for any reason and without notice.  Participant eligibility shall be determined by Axia in its sole discretion. 

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2024. 

Referral Reward: Participant shall receive a Referral Reward under this 2023 Summer Customer Referral Promotion of $1,000 to the referrer and $500 to the referee (“Referral Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Axia in its sole discretion, most likely an e-gift card.  All rewards shall be payable 6-8 weeks (i) after installation has completed on both the Referrer and the Referee’s solar facilities and (ii) after confirmation that both the Referrer and Referee’s Axia accounts are in good standing as defined in the Axia Customer Agreement.
