1. I need help getting logged into monitoring.

Once your system is commissioned (turned on), an automated email is sent granting you access to your monitoring platform. 

If you’re having trouble logging in: 

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email. 
  • Use the web version of the monitoring platform to reset your password. A temporary password is often set during installation. 
  • After resetting your password, you should be able to log in and view your system without needing to reconnect or re-register your email.
